Ingredients:
Salad:
- 1 ½ pkg baby spinach
- 1 can bean sprouts – drained
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts – drained
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 c. bacon bits
- 1 sliced red onion
Dressing:
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1 c. oil
- ½ c. sugar
- ¼ c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
Preparation:
- Combine spinach, bean sprouts and water chestnuts in a large bowl.
- Slice hard boiled eggs.
- Combine dressing ingredients. Mix well
Do not add the eggs, bacon and onion to the salad but let each individual add to own salad according to taste.
