Tater Crisp Chicken

Ingredients:
  • Chicken pieces ( breast tenderloins, legs, thighs, etc or 1 whole chicken cut up)
  • 1 c. instant mashed potatoes
  • ¼ c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation:
  1. Place potatoes and salt in large zip lock plastic bag.
  2. Rinse chicken under cold water.
  3. Shake in bag of potatoes until well coated.
  4. Melt butter in pan.  Place chicken in pan.
  5. Bake  at 400 ˚F  for 1 hour – turn pieces after 30 minutes.
