Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces ( breast tenderloins, legs, thighs, etc or 1 whole chicken cut up)
- 1 c. instant mashed potatoes
- ¼ c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation:
- Place potatoes and salt in large zip lock plastic bag.
- Rinse chicken under cold water.
- Shake in bag of potatoes until well coated.
- Melt butter in pan. Place chicken in pan.
- Bake at 400 ˚F for 1 hour – turn pieces after 30 minutes.
