Ingredients:
- 1 round steak – pounded
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. shortening
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 – 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- Noodles
Preparation:
- Cut meat in 2 inch strips. Salt, pepper and flour. Brown in ½ shortening. Add onions
- Add remaining shortening – stir in flour.
- Slowly stir in bouillon – dissolved in 2 cups hot water.
- Cook until thick and smooth.
- Stir in mustard and sour cream.
- Cover and simmer until tender – do not boil.
- Server over noodles.
