Sombrero Dip

Ingredients:
  • ½ lb hamburger
  • 1/2  c. chopped onion
  • 1 jar El Paso Hot Taco Sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 – 8 oz can mex beans
  • ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ c. chopped green olives

Preparation:
  1. Brown meat and ¼ c. onions
  2. Add salt and chili powder
  3. Mash beans and add to meat mixture.
  4. Add ½ jar sauce.  Mix
  5. Heat until bubbly.
  6. Add more sauce to taste and spread in dish.
  7. Top with olives, onions and cheese.
