Ingredients:
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- ½ c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- Popcorn (popped)
Preparation:
- Bring sugar, butter, syrup and salt to a boil
- Boil slowly for 5 minutes
- Add soda and butter flavoring ( mixture will turn foamy)
- Pour over popcorn.
- Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 200 ˚F for 30 minutes – stir every fifteen minutes.
