Beef Cheese Log

Ingredients:

• 1 – 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 tsp. mayonnaise
• ½ tsp. worchestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
• 1 Tbsp. minced parsley or chives
• 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
• ½ - 1 tsp. horseradish
• ½ c. shredded dried beef

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients together except for beef.
2. Form into roll/log
3. Roll in shredded beef.
4. Chill.
