Layered Pea Salad


Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. fresh spinach – torn
  • Salt, pepper and sugar
  • 1 lb. bacon – fried and crumbled
  • 6 hard boiled eggs – sliced
  • ½ head lettuce – shredded
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas – thawed and uncooked
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 ½ c. real mayonnaise
  • 1 c. swiss cheese – shredded

Preparation:
  1. Place ingredients in salad bowl in order given.  (Sprinkle salt, pepper and sugar)
  2. Do not Toss.  Refrigerate 12 hours.
