Creamed Corn

Ingredients:
  • 3 c. frozen corn
  • 2 – 3 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • ¼ c. milk
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt

Preparation:
  1. Prepare corn according to directions on package.
  2. Melt butter and add cheese, milk and salt.
  3. Heat until cheese melts.
  4. Drain corn and add cheese mixture.
  5. Can use mixed vegetables instead of corn
