Ingredients:
- 2 c. minute rice
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. Italian dressing
- 1 pkg. frozen peas – cooked
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 sm. Can mushrooms
- Several stuffed green olives
- ½ c. real mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Cook rice according to directions substituting 1 cup salad dressing for 1 cup of water.
- Add remaining ingredients except mayonnaise.
- Chill overnight. Add mayonnaise just before serving.
