Marinated Carrots

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs carrots
  • 1 c. sugar
  • ½ c. vinegar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Sliced onion
  • Green pepper

Preparation:
  1. Cook carrots in salt water and drain
  2. Heat remaining ingredients to boiling
  3. Pour over carrots
  4. Add onions and green peppers.
  5. Chill overnight.
