Chicken Salad - Irene Murray

Ingredients:
  • 4 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 15 oz. pineapple chunks – drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 – 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
  • ½ c. ripe olives
  • ½ c. green pepper – chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard

Preparation:
  1. Mix all together.  Let set overnight.
  2. Add chow mien noodles before serving.
