Ingredients:
- 5 lbs hamburger
- 5 rounded tsp. mortons tender quick salt
- 2 ½ tsp. mustard seed
- 2 ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 ½ tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
- 2 ½ tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 3 days. Mix well once a day.
- On the 4th day mix and form into three rolls. Place on broiler pan.
- Bake 150˚F for 8 hours.
- Wrap in brown paper and age for 1 week in refrigerator. Store in wax paper on foil. Freezes well.
