Ingredients:
- 1 c. milk
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation:
- Melt butter in medium saucepan.
- Add flour and salt, stirring to make smooth.
- Slowly add milk, stirring to keep smooth.
- Cook over med-low heat until thickened. Keep stirring.
