White Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 c. milk
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation:
  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan.
  2. Add flour and salt, stirring to make smooth.
  3. Slowly add milk, stirring to keep smooth.
  4. Cook over med-low heat until thickened. Keep stirring.
