Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
Cheese ball:
  • 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple (drained)
  • ¼ c. chopped red or green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Coating:
  • 1 ½ c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Preparation:
  1. Combine cheese ball ingredients and roll into 4 balls.
  2. Combine coating ingredients.
  3. Roll each ball in the coating mixture.
  4. Chill and serve with crackers of your choice.
