Ingredients:
Cheese ball:
- 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple (drained)
- ¼ c. chopped red or green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Coating:
- 1 ½ c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation:
- Combine cheese ball ingredients and roll into 4 balls.
- Combine coating ingredients.
- Roll each ball in the coating mixture.
- Chill and serve with crackers of your choice.
