Ingredients:
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation:
- Stir ingredients until blended.
- Pour scant ¼ c. batter onto hot griddle.
- Cook until edges are dry and bubbles pop and don’t fill in. Turn and cook until golden.
Makes approximately 8-10 pancakes.
