Ultimate Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation:
  1. Stir ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour scant ¼ c. batter onto hot griddle.
  3. Cook until edges are dry and bubbles pop and don’t fill in. Turn and cook until golden. 
Makes approximately 8-10 pancakes.
