Ingredients:
- 2-3 slices of bread/person
- 2 eggs for every 3-4 slices of bread
- ½ tsp. vanilla for every 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon for every 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. milk for every 2 eggs
Preparation:
- Mix eggs, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon with whisk or fork.
- Dip bread in mix; cook in frying pan over medium high heat.
- Re-stir egg mixture frequently to keep cinnamon mixed.
- Serve, with butter, syrup, etc.
