French Toast

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 slices of bread/person
  • 2 eggs for every 3-4 slices of bread
  • ½ tsp. vanilla for every 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon for every 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. milk for every 2 eggs
Preparation:
  1. Mix eggs, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon with whisk or fork.
  2. Dip bread in mix; cook in frying pan over medium high heat.
  3. Re-stir egg mixture frequently to keep cinnamon mixed.
  4. Serve, with butter, syrup, etc.
