INGREDIENTS:
Cake- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 ½ c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 large bananas
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 banana
- Powdered sugar
PREPARATION:
Cake
- Add eggs to sour cream. Beat well.
- Add sugar and vanilla to egg mixture.
- Sift flour, salt, and baking soda and add to egg mixture.
- Mash the bananas and fold into the mixture.
- Bake at 350˚F for 30-35 minutes.
Icing
- Melt butter.
- Add milk, vanilla, oil, and banana.
- Add powdered sugar to desired consistency.
- Beat until smooth.
- Spread over cooled cake.
