Sour Cream Banana Cake

INGREDIENTS:
Cake
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 ½ c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 large bananas 
Icing
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 banana
  • Powdered sugar

PREPARATION:
Cake
  1. Add eggs to sour cream. Beat well.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla to egg mixture.
  3. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda and add to egg mixture.
  4. Mash the bananas and fold into the mixture.
  5. Bake at 350˚F for 30-35 minutes.

Icing
  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add milk, vanilla, oil, and banana.
  3. Add powdered sugar to desired consistency.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Spread over cooled cake.
