Banana Nut Bread

INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ c. buttermilk
  • 1 ½ c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. mashed bananas

PREPARATION:
  1. Cream butter and add sugar.
  2. Add eggs, beat well.
  3. Add dry ingredients (sifted together).
  4. Alternate buttermilk and bananas.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Bake in well-greased pans at 350˚F for 40 to 60 minutes.
