INGREDIENTS:
- ½ c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ c. buttermilk
- 1 ½ c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. mashed bananas
PREPARATION:
- Cream butter and add sugar.
- Add eggs, beat well.
- Add dry ingredients (sifted together).
- Alternate buttermilk and bananas.
- Stir in nuts.
- Bake in well-greased pans at 350˚F for 40 to 60 minutes.
