Butter Brickle Ice Cream Dessert

INGREDIENTS:
·         Sauce
o    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
o    ½ c. evaporated milk
o    ¼ c. butter
o    ¼ tsp/ salt
o    2/3 c. sugar
·         Crust
o    1 pkg oreos
o    1/3 c. melted butter
·         Filling
o    ½ gallon butter brickle ice cream

PREPARATION: 
  1. Sauce - Combine sauce ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Set aside and cool 30 minutes.
  2. Crust - Crush cookies. Add melted butter. Press into 9X13 pan.
  3. Filling - Slice ice cream into 1 in. thick slices and place on top of cookie layer. Spread (drizzle) cooled chocolate sauce over ice cream. Freeze.
