Ingredients:
- 16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- ¼ c. parmesan cheese
- ¾ c. chopped onion
- 3 eggs
- ½ c. bread crumbs
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. pkg. manicotti
Preparation:
- Prepare manicotti according to pkg. directions.
- Mix together all remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce.
- Use a spoon to fill manicotti tubes with the meat/cheese mixture.
- Place in lightly greased 9X13 pan.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over stuffed manicotti.
- Bake at 350˚F for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
