Manicotti

Ingredients:
  • 16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • ¼ c. parmesan cheese
  • ¾ c. chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ c. bread crumbs
  • 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. pkg. manicotti

Preparation:
  1. Prepare manicotti according to pkg. directions.
  2. Mix together all remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce.
  3. Use a spoon to fill manicotti tubes with the meat/cheese mixture.
  4. Place in lightly greased 9X13 pan.
  5. Pour spaghetti sauce over stuffed manicotti.
  6. Bake at 350˚F for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
