Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs hamburger
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 12 oz can corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken & cream of mushroom soup
- ¾ tsp. salt & pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 cups cooked noodles
Preparation:
- Brown meat. Add onion, cook until tender.
- Add veggies, soups, salt, pepper, and sour cream to meat.
- Add noodles to meat mixture.
- Pour mixture into 9X13 casserole dish.
- Mix breadcrumbs & butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 350˚F for 30 minutes.
