Ingredients:
- 1 diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- I can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
- 2-3 lb. chicken, cooked
- 1 pkg tortillas
- 1 small can chopped mild green chilies
- 2-3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation:
- Saute onion in butter.
- Combine with soups, broth, and chilies.
- Add chicken. Mix well.
- In 9X13 casserole, put a layer of tortillas, layer of soup/chicken, and a layer of cheese. Repeat until full.
- Bake at 350˚F for 30 minutes.
