Five hour Beef Stew


Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs stewed meat
  • 6 potatoes- peeled, cut into small cubes
  • 8 carrots- peeled, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 pkgs frozen mixed veggies
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Preparation:
  1. Place in large pan (dutch oven)  in layers in order given.
  2. Cover and bake at 275˚F for five hours.
Can also cook in the crockpot on low for eight hours.
