Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- ¼ c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- ½ tsp. salt and pepper
- Yellow squash
Preparation:
- Wash and slice squash.
- Beat eggs in bowl. Add milk.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper in separate bowl.
- Dip squash slices in egg mixture then dip in flour mixture until coated.
- Fry in hot oil.
