Ingredients:
- 2 lbs O’Brian Hash browned potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ c. butter
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ½ c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 2/3 c. melted butter
- 2 c. corn flakes
Preparation:
- Slightly defrost the potatoes so they will cook better in casserole.
- Mix all ingredients together except the melted butter and corn flakes.
- Spread out in a 9x13 casserole dish – spray dish with Pam for easier clean up.
- Top with cornflakes and melted butter.
- Bake at 350˚F for 50 minutes.
