Cheesy Potatos

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs O’Brian Hash browned potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ c. butter
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ½ c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 2/3 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. corn flakes
 Preparation:
  1. Slightly defrost the potatoes so they will cook better in casserole.  
  2. Mix all ingredients together except the melted butter and corn flakes.
  3. Spread out in a 9x13 casserole dish – spray dish with Pam for easier clean up.  
  4. Top with cornflakes and melted butter.
  5. Bake at 350˚F for 50 minutes.

*Note: freezes well
