Ingredients:
- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ c. chopped onion
- 1-2 cans tomato soup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cooked rice
Preparation:
- Wash and cut tops off and remove centers of green peppers.
- Combine beef, onion, salt, pepper, egg, and rice. Mix well.
- Stuff each pepper with meat mixture.
- Place upright in a deep baking dish.
- Mix soup with 2 cans water and pour over peppers.
- Bake at 350˚F for 1 hour.
