Stuffed Peppers


Ingredients:
  • 6 green peppers                                                                   
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ c. chopped onion
  • 1-2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. cooked rice

Preparation:
  1. Wash and cut tops off and remove centers of green peppers.
  2. Combine beef, onion, salt, pepper, egg, and rice. Mix well.
  3. Stuff each pepper with meat mixture.
  4. Place upright in a deep baking dish.
  5. Mix soup with 2 cans water and pour over peppers.
  6. Bake at 350˚F for 1 hour.
