Ingredients:
- 4 cans mild enchilada sauce
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1-2 lbs ground beef
- Corn tortilla shells
- Ganola Oil
- Lettuce
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream
Preparation:
- Brown meat. Drain.
- Add enchilada sauce and beans. Heat.
- Cook tortilla shells in oil. Fry to desired crispiness.
- Layer tortilla, sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and sour cream.
* Can bake tortilla shells in oven for alternate cooking method or hard shells or even chips.
