Flat Enchiladas


Ingredients:
  • 4  cans mild enchilada sauce
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 1-2 lbs ground beef
  • Corn tortilla shells
  • Ganola Oil
  • Lettuce
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream

Preparation:
  1. Brown meat. Drain.
  2. Add enchilada sauce and beans. Heat.
  3. Cook tortilla shells in oil. Fry to desired crispiness.
  4.  Layer tortilla, sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and sour cream.
* Can bake tortilla shells in oven for alternate cooking method or hard shells or even chips.
