Ingredients:
- 1 (10.75 oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1- 1/3 c. water
- ¾ c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. mixed vegetables
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
- Stir soup, water, rice, veggies, and onion powder together in 12x8 baking dish.
- Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired.
- Cover.
- Bake at 375˚F for 45 min or until done.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
