Campbell’s Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1- 1/3 c. water
  • ¾ c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. mixed vegetables
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
 Preparation:
  1. Stir soup, water, rice, veggies, and onion powder together in 12x8 baking dish.
  2. Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired.
  3. Cover.
  4. Bake at 375˚F for 45 min or until done.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese.
