Baked Stuffed Mushrooms


Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 oz Italian sausage
  • ½ c. green onion (about 3 onions)
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ c. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:
  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and keep.
  2. Toss mushroom caps and 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
  3. Heat remaining oil, add all ingredients except cheese; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cheese until melted.
  5. Stuff mushrooms.  
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes at 400˚F.
