Ingredients:
- 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 oz Italian sausage
- ½ c. green onion (about 3 onions)
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Remove stems from mushrooms and keep.
- Toss mushroom caps and 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
- Heat remaining oil, add all ingredients except cheese; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cheese until melted.
- Stuff mushrooms.
- Bake 10-15 minutes at 400˚F.
