Ingredients:
- 6 c. rice chex, crushed
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- ½ c. melted butter
Preparation:
- Combine above ingredients.
- Press ½ of mixture in 9X13 pan.
- Top with vanilla ice cream.
- Top with the rest of the crunch topping.
- Freeze.
