Ice Cream Crunch

Ingredients:
  • 6 c. rice chex, crushed
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • ½ c. melted butter

Preparation:
  1. Combine above ingredients.
  2. Press ½ of mixture in 9X13 pan.
  3. Top with vanilla ice cream.
  4. Top with the rest of the crunch topping.
  5. Freeze.
