Monkey Bread

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 pkg. biscuits, quartered
  • 1 ¼  c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter

PREPARATION:
  1. Combine ¾ c. sugar and 1 Tbsp. cinnamon in bowl.
  2. Roll biscuits pieces in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
  3. Drop into Bundt cake pan.
  4. Melt stick of butter  in small saucepan, add ½ c. sugar and 2 Tbsp. cinnamon, Boil 1 minute.
  5. Pour over biscuits.
  6. Bake at 350˚F for 30 minutes.
