Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¾ c. milk
- 1 lg. can peaches in heavy syrup
Preparation:
- Melt 3 Tbsp. butter in 8X8 pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add milk.
- Spoon mixture over butter.
- Place peach slices on batter.
- Drizzle with syrup from peaches.
- Bake at 350˚F for 1 hr.
