INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cans fruit (fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, peaches, pears, pineapple, etc.)
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 (22 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (flavor of your choice)
PREPARATION:
- Drain fruit for 30-60 minutes, stirring occasionally to get all the juice drained off.
- Fold fruit, cottage cheese, and jello into Cool Whip.
- Chill for several hours.
