Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cans fruit (fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, peaches, pears, pineapple, etc.)
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (22 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (flavor of your choice)
PREPARATION:
  1. Drain fruit for 30-60 minutes, stirring occasionally to get all the juice drained off.
  2. Fold fruit, cottage cheese, and jello into Cool Whip.
  3. Chill for several hours.
