Chili

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 4 cans red beans
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

Preparation:
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bring to slow boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for several hours.
May adjust seasonings to taste.
