Ingredients:
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 4 cans red beans
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients together. Bring to slow boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for several hours.
May adjust seasonings to taste.
