Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- ½ c. onion-chopped
- 2 c. water
- 1 pkg. Lipton Noodle Soup Mix
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. American cheese, shredded
- Pepper to taste
- 1/8-1/4 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)
Preparation:
- Saute onion in oil. Add water. Bring to a boil.
- Add soup mix and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add milk, cheese pepper, and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until cheese melts.
Serves 4 to 6.
