Bar-be-cups


Ingredients:
  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ½ c barbeque sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 can biscuits
  • ¾ c grated cheddar cheese

Preparation:
  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add barbeque sauce, onion and brown sugar.
  3. Press biscuits in ungreased muffin cups.
  4. Spoon in meat mixture to each muffin cup
  5. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400˚F for 10-12 minutes.
