Ingredients:
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ c barbeque sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 can biscuits
- ¾ c grated cheddar cheese
Preparation:
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add barbeque sauce, onion and brown sugar.
- Press biscuits in ungreased muffin cups.
- Spoon in meat mixture to each muffin cup
- Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400˚F for 10-12 minutes.
