Ingredients:
- 1 box chicken stock
- 3 cans Great Northern white beans, undrained
- 5 c cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
- 1 16oz jar salsa
- 1 8 oz block of pepper jack cheese, grated
- 2 t. ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- black pepper to taste
- 1 c crushed corn chips
- sour cream garnish
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in crock pot or on stove-top over medium high heat until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with more chips, cheese, and sour cream.
