Raw Vegetable Salad


Ingredients:
Vegetables:
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 pkg frozen peas – uncooked
Dressing:
  • 1 c. real mayonnaise
  • ½ c. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:
  1. Cut vegetables in bite size pieces.  Slice onion
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together.
  3. Combine dressing and vegetables.
  4. Keeps well 3 – 4 days
