Tortilla Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 oz. can black olives, chopped
  • 4 oz. green chilies
  • ½ c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 5-10 inch tortilla

PREPARATION:
  1. Mix all ingredients and spread on tortillas.
  2. Roll tortillas tightly and slice into approx. ½ inch slices.
  3. Serve with salsa.
  4. Don’t roll/cut more than ½ day ahead of time! Can make filling ahead of time and chill overnight.
