INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 pkg. imitation crab, thawed and chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 pkg. wonton skins
PREPARATION:
- Mix cheese, crab, and garlic together.
- Place I tsp. of mixture in center of wonton skin, fold corners of wonton together and seal.
- Deep fry wontons until slightly browned (2-3 minutes).
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
