Mary’s Crab Rangoon Appetizers

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. imitation crab, thawed and chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 pkg. wonton skins

PREPARATION:
  1. Mix cheese, crab, and garlic together.
  2. Place I tsp. of mixture in center of wonton skin, fold corners of wonton together and seal.
  3. Deep fry wontons until slightly browned (2-3 minutes).
  4. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
