Ingredients:
- 2 ½ - 3 lbs boneless country style pork ribs
- 2 large yellow onions, sliced
- 1 (18 oz) bottle KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce
- 1/3 c. maple syrup
- ¼ c. spicy brown mustard (opt)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
- In large crock pot layer onion, ribs, onion.
- Mix BBQ sauce, maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture over onions and ribs.
- Cover and cook on low 9 hours
*Note: one onion would be enough
