Brisket

Ingredients:
  • 8-10 lb Brisket
  • 1 bottle (4 oz) liquid smoke
  • Garlic salt
  • Celery salt
  • Onion salt
  • Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce

Preparation:
  1. Sprinkle both sides of brisket with salts and liquid smoke.
  2. Put in glass pan, cover tightly.
  3. Put in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Pour off liquid.
  5. Sprinkle brisket with Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil. Bake at 200˚F for 8 hours.
  6. Uncover and baste with sauce made of the juice mixed with a little Worcestershire sauce. Put back in oven and let brown for an hour.
  7. Slice after cooled.
  8. Add BBQ sauce and heat.
