Ingredients:
- 8-10 lb Brisket
- 1 bottle (4 oz) liquid smoke
- Garlic salt
- Celery salt
- Onion salt
- Worchestershire sauce
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
Preparation:
- Sprinkle both sides of brisket with salts and liquid smoke.
- Put in glass pan, cover tightly.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Pour off liquid.
- Sprinkle brisket with Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil. Bake at 200˚F for 8 hours.
- Uncover and baste with sauce made of the juice mixed with a little Worcestershire sauce. Put back in oven and let brown for an hour.
- Slice after cooled.
- Add BBQ sauce and heat.
